Short of the Day: "Tummy Trouble"

Roger Rabbit is probably the most criminally underused cartoon character of all time. While the star of a classic movie directed by Robert Zemeckis, the idea to branch the character out into other industries was thwarted thanks to a dispute between rights holder Steven Spielberg and Michael Eisner, over which movies these shorts should appear before. "Tummy Trouble" was the first (and most widely seen) of three shorts and appeared before "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids." It showed that the character had a bright future ahead of him in the shorts department. Sadly, there would only be two more to follow (and we'll discuss them later).
